How It Works

Letter of Engagement

If you are interested in moving forward, I will send a Letter of Engagement which will outline everything we discussed during the consultation and the fee we agreed on. Once it is signed, it's official!

Set Up

Schedule a Consultation

This can happen in person or over the phone. I will ask a lot of questions about you, your business, and the financial situation. By the end of the call or meeting I will know if I can help and how much the services will be. I charge a flat fee each month.

If needed, we will get your bookkeeping system set up and streamlined using Quickbooks. This may include cleaning up past records or creating a fresh, accurate starting point.

Ongoing Bookkeeping

Each month, Clear Meadow Accounting handles your day-to-day financial tracking. This includes recording income and expenses, reconciling accounts, and keeping everything accurate and up-to-date.

Monthly Reports + Insights

You'll receive clear, easy-to-understand reports that show how your business is doing, plus guidance to help you improve profit and growth.
